Who we are

What we collect

• Information you give us through our forms: first and last name, email address, phone number (required to download our buyer guide), the topic you're interested in, and any listing you ask about.
• Your consent choice: whether you agreed to receive emails, the wording you agreed to, and the date, time and page — so we can show when and how you consented.
• Technical and usage information that any website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, when your browser loads the page, its fonts and its maps, plus the site-usage information collected by Google Analytics (see below).

Analytics: we use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located (city or region), what device they use and how they found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and does not receive the name, email or phone number you enter in our forms. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

How we use it

• To give you the Edmonton Condo Buyer's Guide or other resources you request, and to follow up about them.
• To reply to your questions and help you buy or sell a condo.
• If you ticked the consent box, to send occasional Edmonton condo market updates. We only send these emails with your consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Unsubscribing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@elevaterealtygroup.ca. We will stop sending marketing emails within 10 business days.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business — for example, the tools that receive form submissions, send email and store our client records — and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or by real estate regulation.

Third-party services on this site

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, maps from OpenStreetMap and OpenRailwayMap, code libraries from Cloudflare's cdnjs, and Google Analytics from Google. These services receive your IP address when your browser requests their files. Links to other websites, such as our listing search or data sources, are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as real estate and tax rules require. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it from loss, theft and unauthorized access.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. Contact us at hello@elevaterealtygroup.ca.
